The Education for All project aims to ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has access to quality education. We provide school supplies, scholarships, and tuition assistance to children who might otherwise be unable to attend school.
Health and Nutrition Initiative
Our Health and Nutrition Initiative focuses on improving the overall well-being of children by addressing their physical health and nutritional needs. This project includes regular medical check-ups, vaccinations, and the provision of balanced meals.
Community Outreach and Awareness
Through our Community Outreach and Awareness project, SCASO educates communities about child rights and the importance of protecting children from abuse. We organize workshops, seminars, and community events to spread awareness and encourage community members to take an active role in safeguarding children.
Psychological Support and Counseling
The Psychological Support and Counseling project provides emotional and psychological care for children who have experienced trauma. Our trained counselors offer one-on-one and group therapy sessions, helping children process their experiences and develop coping mechanisms.
Child Advocacy and Legal Aid
SCASO’s Child Advocacy and Legal Aid project works to ensure that children’s rights are upheld and that perpetrators of abuse are brought to justice. We provide legal representation for children in need, advocate for stronger child protection laws, and work to raise awareness about the legal rights of children.
Family Reintegration and Support
For children who have been separated from their families due to abuse or neglect, our Family Reintegration and Support project aims to reunite them with their families whenever it is safe and appropriate. We work closely with families to ensure they receive the support and resources they need to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
Emergency Response and Rescue Operations
SCASO’s Emergency Response and Rescue Operations project is designed to respond swiftly to urgent situations where children are at immediate risk. Our teams are trained to conduct rapid assessments, coordinate with local authorities, and carry out rescue missions to bring children to safety
Empowering Girls Initiative
The Empowering Girls Initiative focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by girls in Kenya and Somalia. This project provides education, life skills training, and mentorship programs specifically for girls, empowering them to overcome obstacles such as gender-based violence, early marriage, and limited access to education.
Child-Friendly Spaces
The Child-Friendly Spaces project creates safe, supportive environments where children can play, learn, and receive psychosocial support. These spaces are set up in communities affected by conflict, disaster, or other crises, providing a sense of normalcy and security for children during difficult times.
